Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in baking and pastry production, attention to detail, and a passion for creating high-quality desserts and baked goods. This role involves preparing a variety of pastries, maintaining consistency in recipes, and ensuring all products meet our quality and presentation standards.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and production schedules</li><li>Ensure all pastries are presented attractively and meet quality standards</li><li>Assist with developing new desserts and seasonal menu items</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and pastry station</li><li>Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies and notify management when restocking is needed</li><li>Assist with packaging and preparing products for display or customer orders</li><li>Work with the team to ensure daily production goals are met</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience as a pastry chef, baker, or in a professional bakery required</li><li>Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and dessert production</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to product quality</li><li>Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards</li><li>Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills</li></ul>Pay: From $17.00 per hourWork Location: In person
