As we continue to grow, we&rsquo;re looking for proactive, people-focused individuals to join our team as an Entry Level AT&amp;T Account Manager.In this role, you&rsquo;ll spend each day interacting directly with customers in person, representing AT&amp;T&rsquo;s products and services, assisting with enrollments, and learning how to manage customer accounts on their behalf. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-driven, and comfortable engaging with consumers in both group and one-on-one settings&mdash;while enjoying a fun, collaborative team environment.Entry Level AT&amp;T Account Manager Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work onsite at various in-store retail based events aimed at generating brand awareness and revenue for our clients</li><li>Participate in daily team meetings to discuss campaign goals, business development strategies and new ways to increase brand awareness</li><li>Collaborate with fellow team members to expand campaigns that maximize visibility for our clients</li><li>Track event sales, progress and make adjustments where needed to improve results</li><li>Engage customers at our promotional campaigns to drive sales through register</li><li>Learn how to effectively manage a campaign from start to finish</li><li>Participate in additional Business Development training opportunities</li><li>Receive further training and development from members of our leadership and management teams to be able to grow within our organization</li></ul>Entry Level AT&amp;T Account Manager Requirements: <ul><li>0-2 years of leadership, management, sales or customer service experience preferred but not required</li><li>Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets</li><li>Exceptional leadership, customer service and communication skills</li><li>Positive attitude and competitive spirit</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods of time</li><li>Able to problem solve effectively</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment</li><li>Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups</li><li>Strong desire to work in a leadership or management role</li><li>Reliable transportation to travel up to 40 miles to our retail partners and transport promotional items, displays, &amp; signage</li><li>Ability to work retail hours</li></ul>Position Overview &ndash; AT&amp;T Account Manager<ul><li>Employment Type: Full-time</li><li>Compensation: This role offers a hybrid structure with a fixed base salary of $11/hour plus a 50% commission split, averaging $200&ndash;$300 per completed order. Most team members complete at least one order per day, providing strong earning potential.</li><li>Schedule: Monday&ndash;Saturday, averaging 30&ndash;40 hours per week</li><li>Work Environment: You will work both from our office and at a single assigned retail location, where you will interact directly with customers.</li><li>Client &amp; Product Focus: As an AT&amp;T Account Manager, you will represent AT&amp;T by promoting their wireless services, engaging with customers face to face, assisting with product understanding, and completing new customer sign-ups.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,199.00 - $63,640.00 per yearWork Location: In person
