We are a business and brand development firm specializing in live, in-person brand campaigns and face-to-face customer engagement that help our clients elevate their presence and expand their customer base. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for proactive, people-focused individuals to join our team as an Entry Level AT&T Account Manager.
In this role, you’ll spend each day interacting directly with customers in person, representing AT&T’s products and services, assisting with enrollments, and learning how to manage customer accounts on their behalf. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-driven, and comfortable engaging with consumers in both group and one-on-one settings—while enjoying a fun, collaborative team environment.
Entry Level AT&T Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Work onsite at various in-store retail based events aimed at generating brand awareness and revenue for our clients
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss campaign goals, business development strategies and new ways to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with fellow team members to expand campaigns that maximize visibility for our clients
- Track event sales, progress and make adjustments where needed to improve results
- Engage customers at our promotional campaigns to drive sales through register
- Learn how to effectively manage a campaign from start to finish
- Participate in additional Business Development training opportunities
- Receive further training and development from members of our leadership and management teams to be able to grow within our organization
Entry Level AT&T Account Manager Requirements:
- 0-2 years of leadership, management, sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets
- Exceptional leadership, customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and competitive spirit
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to problem solve effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
- Strong desire to work in a leadership or management role
- Reliable transportation to travel up to 40 miles to our retail partners and transport promotional items, displays, & signage
- Ability to work retail hours
Position Overview – AT&T Account Manager
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Compensation: This role offers a hybrid structure with a fixed base salary of $11/hour plus a 50% commission split, averaging $200–$300 per completed order. Most team members complete at least one order per day, providing strong earning potential.
- Schedule: Monday–Saturday, averaging 30–40 hours per week
- Work Environment: You will work both from our office and at a single assigned retail location, where you will interact directly with customers.
- Client & Product Focus: As an AT&T Account Manager, you will represent AT&T by promoting their wireless services, engaging with customers face to face, assisting with product understanding, and completing new customer sign-ups.
