The role ensures customers achieve optimal performance and reliability from their solar systems, focusing on service rather than installation.Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and service for solar products including panels, inverters, batteries.- solve issues in solar equipment- Conduct routine maintenance checks and performance analysis.- Replace or repair faulty components as needed.- Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and customer feedback records.- Assist sales and customer service teams with technical clarifications.- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company service standards.- Stay updated with the latest solar technologies and troubleshooting techniques.Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
