We are seeking a dedicated Solar Technician with at least 6 months of experience in the solar industry to provide after-sales technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for solar products in Kanpur. The role ensures customers achieve optimal performance and reliability from their solar systems, focusing on service rather than installation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and service for solar products including panels, inverters, batteries.

- solve issues in solar equipment

- Conduct routine maintenance checks and performance analysis.

- Replace or repair faulty components as needed.

- Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and customer feedback records.

- Assist sales and customer service teams with technical clarifications.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company service standards.

- Stay updated with the latest solar technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
