Service Head responsible for overseeing all aspects of a company's air conditioner service operations, including technician management, customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities typically include managing service schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling technical issues, and developing strategies to improve service delivery within the air conditioning sector.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of air conditioner service technicians.
- Operational Oversight: Manage service schedules, dispatch technicians, and ensure efficient deployment of resources.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor service standards to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to the service team, resolve complex technical issues, and stay updated on new HVAC technologies.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of spare parts for AC repair and maintenance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery, technician performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and build strong relationships with customers.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all service operations comply with health and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Significant experience in the HVAC or air conditioning industry, ideally in a supervisory or management role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of air conditioning systems, their installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a technical team.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical and operational challenges.
- Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing complex service schedules and resources.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
