Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Intern to join our Bangalore office. The role involves supporting core operations and system building initiatives , working directly with our internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and streamlining operational systems across functions.
• Support the team with day-to-day operational activities.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow execution.
• Maintain process documentation and trackers as required.
• Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements.

Eligibility / Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student (any discipline).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and quick learner with minimal need for supervision.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
