Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and LC documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents), freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters for timely shipment and clearance.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with international clients and ensure timely responses to inquiries and shipment updates.</li><li>Prepare and maintain export records, MIS reports, and shipment tracking details.</li><li>Ensure compliance with export regulations, incoterms, and customs procedures.</li><li>Assist in preparation of export quotations, proforma invoices, and payment follow-up.</li><li>Coordinate with the production and inventory team to ensure timely order dispatch.</li><li>Handle bank documentation related to LC, advance payment, or CAD transactions.</li><li>Support participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions, if required.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of export documentation and logistics</li><li>Understanding of INCOTERMS and international trade laws</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks</li><li>Familiar with banking procedures for exports (LC, TT, CAD)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,671.11 - &#8377;30,666.63 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
