Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and LC documentation.
  • Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents), freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters for timely shipment and clearance.
  • Maintain regular communication with international clients and ensure timely responses to inquiries and shipment updates.
  • Prepare and maintain export records, MIS reports, and shipment tracking details.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, incoterms, and customs procedures.
  • Assist in preparation of export quotations, proforma invoices, and payment follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the production and inventory team to ensure timely order dispatch.
  • Handle bank documentation related to LC, advance payment, or CAD transactions.
  • Support participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions, if required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and logistics
  • Understanding of INCOTERMS and international trade laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • Familiar with banking procedures for exports (LC, TT, CAD)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,671.11 - ₹30,666.63 per month
