We are hiring for Export Documentation Executive (Air/Ocean) for freight forwarding Industry

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2 - 4 years

#Prepare and file Shipping Bills / Bills of Entry through ICEGATE online portal.

# Handle EDI filing, eSanchit uploads for both Air and Sea shipments.

# Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent), freight forwarders, and export teams for documentation.

# Verify invoices, packing lists, licenses, and HS codes for correctness.

# Track and update shipment and clearance status in internal systems.

# Maintain and organize customs documentation for audit and compliance.

# Resolve EDI filing errors, queries, and customs portal issues promptly.

# Ensure compliance with DGFT / Customs / EXIM regulations.

Pay: From ₹450,000.00 per year
