 <div> INSURANCE MANAGER(RCM) For a Leading Multispeciality Clinic Dubai |Job-Code TRC-647 Our client is a Leading, Multinational Chain of Healthcare Services Providers, for their multi-speciality clinic, located in Karama, Dubai, UAE, are looking for an RCM Manager to join immediately . 
<ul>
<li> Designation : Medical Insurance Manager </li>
<li> Experience : Minimum 2-3 years in Dubai, similar capacity </li>
</ul>
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li> Liaison &amp; Relationship Management : Act as the main point of contact for insurance companies, third-party administrators (TPAs), and brokers. </li>
<li> Contract Negotiation : Negotiate terms and manage contracts with insurance providers to ensure favorable agreements and efficient operations. </li>
<li> Claims Management : Oversee the entire claims process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions and resolutions. </li>
<li> Regulatory Compliance : Ensure the clinic's operations and insurance processes comply with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and other relevant insurance laws in the UAE. </li>
<li> Process Improvement : Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times in insurance operations. </li>
<li> Risk Assessment &amp; Loss Prevention : Support initiatives to manage risks and prevent losses within the clinic. </li>
<li> Financial Oversight : Monitor premium tracking, support revenue forecasting, and manage insurance collections. </li>
</ul>
 REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS 
<ul>
<li> Education : A bachelor s degree in insurance, business administration, or a related medical field is typically required. </li>
<li> Experience : Several years of experience in a healthcare insurance management role, specifically within the UAE or Dubai healthcare ecosystem, is essential. </li>
<li> Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the UAE's healthcare and insurance regulations, especially those from the DHA. </li>
<li> Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in insurance management software and other relevant technological applications, including Microsoft Office. </li>
<li> Soft Skills : Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are crucial.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div>

Operations &amp; Due Diligence Management
<ul>
<li>Oversee InfoSec and due diligence project execution</li>
<li>Align field teams, research units, and client deliverables</li>
<li>Ensure operational excellence across service lines</li>
</ul>
Stakeholder &amp; Partner Coordination
<ul>
<li>Liaise with auditors, tech vendors, and regulators</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, IT, Recruitment)</li>
<li>Monitor project risks and drive resolution</li>
</ul>
