Job Overview We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer who can support our marketing, product, and e-commerce efforts across both print and digital channels. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys being a &ldquo;jack of all trades&rdquo;; someone who can design, photograph, write, edit, and bring visual concepts to life from ideation through execution.You will work closely with the Marketing Team to create consistent, on-brand design assets for our website, product packaging, social media, print collateral, video content, and more. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative, hybrid role located in New York.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Design engaging graphics for print, digital, and e-commerce campaigns.</li><li>Create web assets for Shopify storefronts, including product templates, banners, landing pages, and promotional graphics.</li><li>Assist in developing page templates and layouts within Shopify.</li><li>Photograph products and edit photography for web, packaging, and advertising use.</li><li>Develop packaging concepts and box layouts according to brand guidelines.</li><li>Support the design of catalogs, brochures, sell sheets, flyers, trade show materials, and manuals.</li><li>Collaborate with product development to help shape brand direction and visual identity.</li><li>Write light marketing copy when needed (emails, promo messages, website blurbs, etc.).</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li><li>Maintain organized design files and follow brand consistency across media.</li><li>Capture short-form video content and assist with light post-production/editing. (Not Required)</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).</li><li>Experience with Shopify (or similar e-commerce CMS) including uploading assets, resizing images, and working with page builders.</li><li>Strong knowledge of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency.</li><li>Experience with product photography (lighting, staging, cleanup/editing).</li><li>Comfortable generating short-form and long-form content when needed.</li><li>Familiarity with preparing files for print (bleeds, crop marks, dielines, packaging).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Must be based in New York and comfortable working on site.</li></ul>Preferred / Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Experience with animation or motion graphics (After Effects or Canva animations).</li><li>Familiarity with email marketing design (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp).</li><li>Knowledge of Amazon listing image standards or infographics a plus.</li><li>Experience producing infographics, blog graphics, and branded social media templates.</li><li>UI/UX awareness for better landing page experience and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Ability to storyboard or assist with basic product demo videos.</li><li>Video knowledge (shooting for social + light editing in Premiere Pro or similar).</li></ul>Portfolio RequirementPlease include a portfolio or sample work demonstrating:<ul><li>Print &amp; packaging design</li><li>E-commerce asset design</li><li>Photography and/or video examples</li><li>Social media graphics or marketing campaign layouts</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bethel, CT 06801
