Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and execute the social media content strategy</li><li>Film short-form and long-form video content (on-site)</li><li>Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.</li><li>Plan content calendars and ensure consistent posting</li><li>Repurpose long-form content into short clips</li><li>Collaborate with the team to improve reach and engagement</li><li>Track what works and adjust content accordingly</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience managing social media accounts</li><li>Comfortable filming people and being behind the camera</li><li>Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)</li><li>Understands short-form content and platform trends</li><li>Organized, reliable, and able to work full-time</li><li>Based in Dubai</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Proven experience with personal brands or business accounts</li><li>Understanding of analytics and performance</li><li>Copywriting skills for captions and hooks</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
