Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the social media content strategy
• Film short-form and long-form video content (on-site)
• Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Plan content calendars and ensure consistent posting
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips
• Collaborate with the team to improve reach and engagement
• Track what works and adjust content accordingly

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts
• Comfortable filming people and being behind the camera
• Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
• Understands short-form content and platform trends
• Organized, reliable, and able to work full-time
• Based in Dubai

Nice to Have

• Proven experience with personal brands or business accounts
• Understanding of analytics and performance
• Copywriting skills for captions and hooks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
