Full job descriptionThe HR Assistant supports day-to-day HR operations while managing accurate and timely payroll processing. This role involves maintaining employee records,ensuring statutory compliance, and handling payroll administration with high attention to detail and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:HR Assistant Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Manage attendance and leave records.</li><li>Assist in employee engagement activities.</li><li>Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Support performance appraisal and training coordination.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.</li></ul>Payroll Management Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.</li><li>Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.</li><li>Maintain payroll records and generate payroll reports.</li><li>Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.</li><li>Update payroll data for new hires, exits, salary revisions, and promotions.</li><li>Handle payroll-related queries and audits.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>1-2 years of experience in HR operations and payroll management.</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software.</li><li>Strong numerical and analytical skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>HR Assistant : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi (Required)</li></ul>
