The HR Assistant supports day-to-day HR operations while managing accurate and timely payroll processing. This role involves maintaining employee records,ensuring statutory compliance, and handling payroll administration with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:HR Assistant Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance appraisal and training coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Payroll Management Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
- Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and generate payroll reports.
- Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.
- Update payroll data for new hires, exits, salary revisions, and promotions.
- Handle payroll-related queries and audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and payroll management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
