Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and confident HR Generalist (Administration) professional to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, demonstrate professional confidence in handling employee matters, and be available for immediate joining. The role requires a hands-on approach in managing HR processes, office administration, and employee coordination.

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding).
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with company regulations.
  • Address employee queries and support grievance handling.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field is must
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident personality with professional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Immediate joiners and visit visa holders are preferred.
