&middot; Make sure the office premise is clean.&middot; Prepare &amp; distribute tea, coffee etc. for employees and guest.&middot; Organize office furniture, Computer, etc.&middot; Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails.&middot; Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.&middot; Ensure all lights and A/C to be switched off and the doors are properly locked before leaving the office.&middot; Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment&middot; Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties&middot; Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.&middot; Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.&middot; Additional duties as per the instruction assigned by your Supervisor- Must know English and Hindi.Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa , immediate joiners are preferred.
