Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive Billing Executive for our corporate Head office role at Abu Dhabi with a strong background in Accounts Receivable &amp; to manage end-to-end billing operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely invoicing.Key Responsibilities1. Invoice Review &amp; Verification: Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual terms. Ensure invoices are supported with all required documentation.2. Client Communication &amp; Issue Resolution: Identify, escalate, and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Represent the organization in client interactions (emails, calls, and meetings) related to billing matters. Address client concerns, provide clarifications, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.3. Reporting &amp; Updates: Provide regular billing reports to the Commercial Head and Finance Manager. Keep Commercial and Accounts teams informed on billing status, progress, and issues. Track monthly charter hire invoices, ensure timely submission, and report status to the Finance department. Maintain transparency and visibility into billing performance.4. Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with Operations and other departments to collect necessary documentation for invoicing.5. Billing Operations: Lead and guide a team of billing professionals to achieve departmental objectives. Perform invoicing activities, including submission on relevant client portals, during urgent situations or in the absence of billing assistants. Ensure continuity in billing processes with minimal delays.Candidate Requirements<ul><li>Accounts / Finance educational background.</li><li>Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing Operations.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Good organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Candidates on Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa will be preferred. Billing Executive

Job Description 1. Ensuring all crew certification is always complete and valid as per Legal and other requirement2. Plan and arrange crew changes, mobilization/Demobilization for all crew on assigned vessels according to Company procedure and client requirement, using cost effective and convenient travel methods3. Maintaining offshore crew rotation and source offshore crew when required to fill positions4. Post hiring of all offshore employees ensure that necessary paperwork is completed and facilitated accordingly5. Maintain the crew on leave details and call the crew upon leave maturity due6. Liaise with crewing assistants, respective vessel superintendent, vessel agents, client, and other department (procurement, transport, PRO) when arranging crew change and crew mobilization/demobilization7. Sending notification to account for new join, re-join and repatriated crew8. Maintaining the record of crewing related cost for vessel under Company management9. Preparing Weekly manpower reports based on the requirements10. Assisting Marine HR Manager during Audit and Inspection11. Prepare weekly job progress report and update Marine HR Manager12. Ensure and maintain crew back-to-back rotation plan for the respective vessels13. Additional duties as per the instruction assigned by Marine HR ManagerCandidate Criteria 1. Should be a graduate preferably in HR.2. Should have good knowledge in STCW conventions.3. At least UAE 02-05 years&rsquo; experience in similar Industry is a must4. Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.5.
