Job Opening: Junior Transport Assistant cum Driver

Location: Mussafah ICAD2

We are looking for a Junior Transport Assistant cum Driver to join our dynamic team based in Mussafah. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized and capable of supporting the transport department with both driving and administrative responsibilities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Valid UAE Driving License with a good driving record.
• Sound knowledge of UAE roads, traffic rules, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Strong English typing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and professional email correspondence.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all internal departments.
• Active, responsible and able to respond promptly to calls and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safely drive company vehicles as required for official duties only.
• Assist the Transport Department with daily administrative and operational activities and report directly to Transport and Facilities Head.
• Coordinate transport requests and communicate effectively with internal departments.
• Respond promptly to calls, instructions and operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain transport-related records, reports and documentation.
• Handle professional email correspondence and update transport schedules as required.
