Job Summary

Headway Holding Group LLC is seeking a responsible and safety-conscious Driver to provide transportation services for company employees to and from offices, project sites, accommodations, and other designated locations. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, timely, and efficient transportation while maintaining company vehicles in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees between company offices, project sites, accommodations, and other assigned destinations.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off of employees according to assigned schedules.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair requirements.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall roadworthiness.
• Comply with UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and trips.
• Assist with the delivery of company documents, materials, or supplies when required.
• Report accidents, traffic violations, vehicle breakdowns, or other incidents immediately.
• Support company operations by performing transportation-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or as operationally required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience transporting staff to construction sites, industrial facilities, or project locations.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge.
