We are seeking a Test Lead who will support our client&rsquo;s legacy system replacement and modernization initiatives by coordinating and overseeing Functional User Acceptance Testing activities. Mandatory Qualifications:
<ul><li>10+ years of software testing experience, including at least 4 years in a test lead role.
</li><li>Demonstrated experience guiding vendor test teams and coordinating complex Functional User Acceptance Testing cycles.
</li><li>Experience supporting legacy system replacement, modernization, or migration initiatives.
</li><li>Experience interpreting business rules and participating in requirements-gathering and Joint Application Development sessions.
</li><li>Strong experience developing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, end-to-end test scripts, and testing documentation.
</li><li>Experience overseeing test execution, defect management, structured test cycles, and governance of testing artifacts.

We are seeking a Business Analyst who will support our client with capturing business requirements for 311 CSMS to support enhancement and defect fixes. This role will is expected to lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into clear functional designs, and ensure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions meet both technical requirements and end-user expectations across enhancements, defect fixes, testing, and delivery. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly experienced Dynamics CRM professional with strong SDLC and multi-channel solution experience, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. 
 
Duties:
<ul><li>Provide Subject Matter Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
