Overview: 
Location: Brooklyn, NY - Hybrid 
Salary: $120,000 - $133,000 
 
We are seeking a Content Strategist who will support our client to help communicate complex NYC government concepts to a general audience through clear, accessible, and user-focused digital content. This role will support content strategy, information architecture, website content management, research, analysis, and plain language copywriting for guided experiences across nyc.gov. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and researcher with experience translating complex topics into easy-to-understand content while collaborating with stakeholders and managing deadlines. 
 
Duties:
<ul><li>Create content requirements and outlines for guided experiences across nyc.gov
</li><li>Write compelling plain language web copy for guided experiences in compliance with the NYC web content style guide
</li><li>Interview subject matter experts from across NYC government to understand complex topics
</li><li>Create and audit inventory of existing features and functions
</li><li>Understand user behavior based on Google Analytics data
</li><li>Conduct research into city laws, policies, and processes
</li><li>Deliver high-quality content artifacts on strict deadlines
</li><li>Conduct quality assurance and provide critical feedback on other content workstreams
</li><li>Identify and track key performance indicators for content deliverables

Mandatory Qualifications:
<ul><li>Associates degree or combination of experience and education
</li><li>8+ years of full-time experience in the role of content strategist, editorial strategist, information architect, or similar
</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of past work
</li><li>Experience writing to a style guide
</li><li>Strong research skills
</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with experience organizing meetings and collaborating with stakeholders
</li><li>Project management skills with the ability to self-manage tasks and complete work on a deadline
</li><li>Basic Google Analytics skills: Be able to run reports on web traffic to inform content audits
</li><li>Experience using user research to inform decision-making
</li></ul>
 
Desirable Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Journalism, Communications, Creative writing, Digital media)
</li><li>Experience working in government, higher education, or non-profit organization
</li><li>Experience writing in plain language and at a sub-7th grade reading level
</li><li>Experience working in a modern content management system
</li><li>Experience navigating complex approval workflows and incorporating feedback from legal, policy, and executive stakeholders.

We are seeking a Automation Engineer who will support our NYS client with critical system upgrades, modernization efforts, and Salesforce integration initiatives. This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable automation solutions that improve quality, reliability, and compliance across the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce platform knowledge with experience in automated testing, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration. 
 
Duties:
<ul><li>Design and implement sustainable, scalable automation solutions to meet and exceed organizational, program, and project quality objectives
</li><li>Discover and eliminate quality problems by gathering requirements and implementing automated process controls
</li><li>Create end-to-end automated scenario testing across systems, identifying risk areas and dependencies early in the development lifecycle
</li><li>Review business and technical requirements to define automation scope, test coverage, and validation strategies
</li><li>Develop comprehensive test strategies that address both functional and non-functional requirements
</li><li>Create and maintain key project deliverables ensuring final product quality and robust quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes

We are seeking a Business Analyst who will support our client with capturing business requirements for 311 CSMS to support enhancement and defect fixes. This role will is expected to lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into clear functional designs, and ensure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions meet both technical requirements and end-user expectations across enhancements, defect fixes, testing, and delivery. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly experienced Dynamics CRM professional with strong SDLC and multi-channel solution experience, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. 
 
Duties:
<ul><li>Provide Subject Matter Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
</li><li>Understand the business needs, elicit and document business requirements
</li><li>Conceptualize and design best-practice solutions that leverage product and industry knowledge, as directed by requirements.
</li><li>Communicate requirements and designs to business, development, testing and training teams; manage updates.
</li><li>Provide insight into designs, verify test conditions and assist with User Acceptance Testing and Demonstrations.
</li><li>Validate that the application fulfils requirements and meets end user expectations.
</li><li>Manage defect triage during internal and external testing events.
</li><li>Develop and maintain any additional supplemental documentation, artifacts and deliverables generated in the Analysis &amp; Design phase, as dictated by project/product methodologies, standards and guidelines.
</li><li>Work with project managers, product managers and product owners to obtain consensus and signoff on requirements deliverables.

Mandatory Qualifications:
<ul><li>8+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
</li><li>5+ years of experience working with formal SDLCs, business analysis methodologies and major project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
</li><li>2+ years of experience developing requirements for multi-channel solution (ex. CRM application, online Portal, native Mobile Apps (iOS, Android)).
</li><li>Deep know-how and proven record of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation life-cycle (participated in at least two implementations).
</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts (i.e. Configuration, Customization, Workflow, Integration etc.).
</li><li>Experience developing and employing functional project artifacts (Solution Designs, Use Cases, User Stories, Requirements Definitions, Process Definitions, User interface Design).
</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication/soft skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; works well with technical and non-technical resources.
</li><li>Experience using SDLC management systems (like Azure DevOps) to capture and document requirements.
</li><li>Proficient using standard project tools including Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
</li><li>Proven experience in defining requirements for solutions in multiple-entity environments (multiple agencies, business partners, etc.).
