Overview: 
Location: Hybrid &ndash; New York, New York 
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 
 
We are seeking a Cyber Security Disaster Recovery Specialist who will support our client to determine recovery time and recovery point objectives for critical applications and services. This role will assess business impact, evaluate application recovery needs, and help define practical recovery strategies that support operational continuity across environments. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and experienced in aligning business priorities with disaster recovery planning.
 
 
Duties:
<ul><li>Program area specific application and data RTO and RPO for disaster recovery.
</li><li>Application Inventory
</li><li>Business Impact and Risk analysis
</li><li>Work with development team and business team to determine appropriate RPO and RTO
</li><li>Develop recovery strategies
</li><li>Create environmentally agnostic DR security patterns
</li></ul>
 
Mandatory Qualifications:
<ul><li>Associates degree or combination of experience and education
</li><li>7+ years of Cybersecurity and IT infrastructure experience
</li><li>5+ years of experience defining RTO/RPO for enterprise applications, conducting business impact analysis, and aligning recovery objectives with technical feasibility

We are seeking a Automation Engineer who will support our NYS client with critical system upgrades, modernization efforts, and Salesforce integration initiatives. This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable automation solutions that improve quality, reliability, and compliance across the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce platform knowledge with experience in automated testing, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration. 
 
Duties:
<ul><li>Design and implement sustainable, scalable automation solutions to meet and exceed organizational, program, and project quality objectives
</li><li>Discover and eliminate quality problems by gathering requirements and implementing automated process controls
</li><li>Create end-to-end automated scenario testing across systems, identifying risk areas and dependencies early in the development lifecycle
</li><li>Review business and technical requirements to define automation scope, test coverage, and validation strategies
</li><li>Develop comprehensive test strategies that address both functional and non-functional requirements
</li><li>Create and maintain key project deliverables ensuring final product quality and robust quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes
</li><li>Support audit-friendly testing scenarios and compliance validation often required in public sector implementations
</li><li>Validate and execute automated test cases across platform standard functionality (workflow automation, validation rules, security models)

We are seeking a Business Analyst who will support our client with capturing business requirements for 311 CSMS to support enhancement and defect fixes. This role will is expected to lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into clear functional designs, and ensure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions meet both technical requirements and end-user expectations across enhancements, defect fixes, testing, and delivery. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly experienced Dynamics CRM professional with strong SDLC and multi-channel solution experience, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. 
 
Duties:
<ul><li>Provide Subject Matter Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
</li><li>Understand the business needs, elicit and document business requirements
</li><li>Conceptualize and design best-practice solutions that leverage product and industry knowledge, as directed by requirements.
</li><li>Communicate requirements and designs to business, development, testing and training teams; manage updates.
</li><li>Provide insight into designs, verify test conditions and assist with User Acceptance Testing and Demonstrations.
</li><li>Validate that the application fulfils requirements and meets end user expectations.
</li><li>Manage defect triage during internal and external testing events.
</li><li>Develop and maintain any additional supplemental documentation, artifacts and deliverables generated in the Analysis &amp; Design phase, as dictated by project/product methodologies, standards and guidelines.
</li><li>Work with project managers, product managers and product owners to obtain consensus and signoff on requirements deliverables.

Mandatory Qualifications:
<ul><li>8+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
</li><li>5+ years of experience working with formal SDLCs, business analysis methodologies and major project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
</li><li>2+ years of experience developing requirements for multi-channel solution (ex. CRM application, online Portal, native Mobile Apps (iOS, Android)).
</li><li>Deep know-how and proven record of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation life-cycle (participated in at least two implementations).
</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts (i.e. Configuration, Customization, Workflow, Integration etc.).
</li><li>Experience developing and employing functional project artifacts (Solution Designs, Use Cases, User Stories, Requirements Definitions, Process Definitions, User interface Design).
</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication/soft skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; works well with technical and non-technical resources.
</li><li>Experience using SDLC management systems (like Azure DevOps) to capture and document requirements.
</li><li>Proficient using standard project tools including Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
</li><li>Proven experience in defining requirements for solutions in multiple-entity environments (multiple agencies, business partners, etc.).
</li></ul>
 
Desirable Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience with Power Pages (Microsoft Dynamics Portal).
</li><li>Experience in performing Analysis and Design on large systems integration projects with multiple organizations.
</li><li>Experience with cloud-based CRM solutions.
