This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a clean and healthy environment while working during the peaceful early morning hours.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of commercial or residential spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal</li><li>Utilize specialized cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor polishers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and floor care</li><li>Conduct custodial tasks like restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to ensure hygiene compliance</li><li>Assist with light maintenance duties, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to facilities management</li><li>Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment</li><li>Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and restock materials as needed to ensure operational efficiency</li><li>Support industrial or commercial cleaning projects that require attention to detail and adherence to quality standards</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial environments</li><li>Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors</li><li>Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or equipment operation</li><li>Ability to work early mornings consistently and independently in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills</li><li>Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift</li><li>Prior experience in residential painting or porter roles is a plus but not required</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication keeps spaces shining bright!
