Cleaning Tech early mornings

Seeking to hire part time morning cleaning tech for retail and office locations in Bend, Oregon

Days: Sun/ Tues/Wed/Thursday retail store (4x week) 8 am-11am

Days: Sun office (1x week) any time either before retail store or after on sundays

Must have some experience, reliable transportaion, follow instructions. Self starter.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial or residential spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Utilize specialized cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor polishers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and floor care
• Conduct custodial tasks like restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to ensure hygiene compliance
• Assist with light maintenance duties, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to facilities management
• Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and restock materials as needed to ensure operational efficiency
• Support industrial or commercial cleaning projects that require attention to detail and adherence to quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial environments
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or equipment operation
• Ability to work early mornings consistently and independently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift
• Prior experience in residential painting or porter roles is a plus but not required
