As we scale, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a startup environment, can take ownership of marketing initiatives, and drive growth across multiple channels.Role OverviewAs a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth. You should have deep expertise in performance marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and launching businesses from zero to one.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.</li><li>Plan and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and market expansions.</li><li>Own and optimize the full-funnel marketing approach (awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention).</li></ul>Performance Marketing &amp; Growth<ul><li>Hands-on management of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram), and other relevant paid media channels.</li><li>Scale performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV.</li><li>Experiment with new paid and organic growth channels to drive efficiency and profitability.</li></ul>Brand &amp; Content Strategy<ul><li>Work closely with design and content teams to ensure messaging consistency across platforms.</li><li>Develop and optimize website content, email marketing campaigns, and social media strategy.</li><li>Implement brand storytelling to build long-term brand equity.</li></ul>Data-Driven Decision Making<ul><li>Define key marketing KPIs and monitor campaign performance in real time.</li><li>Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Insights, etc.) to derive actionable insights.</li><li>A/B test creative, messaging, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.</li></ul>Customer &amp; Community Engagement<ul><li>Build and nurture an engaged online community through organic and paid strategies.</li><li>Leverage influencer marketing, partnerships, and collaborations to drive awareness and credibility.</li><li>Implement customer feedback loops {respond with &quot; csldm25 &quot; along with application }to improve product positioning and marketing efforts.</li></ul>Startup-Ready Execution &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment.</li><li>Lead and mentor junior marketers, freelancers, and external agencies.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles.</li><li>Proven track record of launching and scaling D2C brands or e-commerce businesses.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution modeling and marketing analytics.</li><li>Excellent storytelling and content strategy skills.</li><li>Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Ability to operate with limited resources and drive results in a startup environment.</li><li>Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and partnerships is a plus.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Be part of a fast-growing D2C brand disrupting the home linen space.</li><li>Work in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment with ownership and autonomy.</li><li>Opportunity to shape the brand's marketing strategy from the ground up.</li><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.</li></ul>If you're a self-starter, love building brands from scratch, and have a growth-driven mindset, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Apply now!
