Cloud Scape Linen is a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer (D2C) home linen brand that has rapidly climbed the ranks in its category. As we scale, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a startup environment, can take ownership of marketing initiatives, and drive growth across multiple channels.
Role Overview
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth. You should have deep expertise in performance marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and launching businesses from zero to one.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and market expansions.
- Own and optimize the full-funnel marketing approach (awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention).
Performance Marketing & Growth
- Hands-on management of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant paid media channels.
- Scale performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Experiment with new paid and organic growth channels to drive efficiency and profitability.
Brand & Content Strategy
- Work closely with design and content teams to ensure messaging consistency across platforms.
- Develop and optimize website content, email marketing campaigns, and social media strategy.
- Implement brand storytelling to build long-term brand equity.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Define key marketing KPIs and monitor campaign performance in real time.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Insights, etc.) to derive actionable insights.
- A/B test creative, messaging, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
Customer & Community Engagement
- Build and nurture an engaged online community through organic and paid strategies.
- Leverage influencer marketing, partnerships, and collaborations to drive awareness and credibility.
- Implement customer feedback loops {respond with " csldm25 " along with application }to improve product positioning and marketing efforts.
Startup-Ready Execution & Leadership
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment.
- Lead and mentor junior marketers, freelancers, and external agencies.
- Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling D2C brands or e-commerce businesses.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution modeling and marketing analytics.
- Excellent storytelling and content strategy skills.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to operate with limited resources and drive results in a startup environment.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and partnerships is a plus.
