Full-Time / ContractRemote (with occasional travel &ndash; possibly once or twice quarter)Title &ndash; Supply Chain Management LeadThe client is looking for a supply chain thought partner&mdash;someone who understands the business deeply, speaks the language of supply chain leaders, and uses Oracle Fusion SCM to enable better outcomes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as a senior supply chain advisor to business leadership, including purchasing, sourcing, inventory, and operations executives.</li><li>Lead strategic discussions around supply chain best practices, operating models, and process optimization.</li><li>Provide guidance on industry best practices across procurement, inventory, order management, manufacturing, and planning.</li><li>Translate business strategy, operational goals, and user feedback into Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM configurations.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring process intent is preserved in system design.</li><li>Coach and mentor business users, helping them understand why processes are designed a certain way&mdash;not just how to use the system.</li><li>Lead fit&ndash;gap analysis with a strong emphasis on process improvement, not just application capabilities.</li><li>Support solution validation during SIT/UAT by engaging business leaders, gathering feedback, and refining configurations.</li><li>Provide post-go-live advisory support focused on continuous process improvement and adoption.</li><li>Travel occasionally for onsite executive workshops or key project milestones.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management roles, consulting, or leadership positions.</li><li>Deep functional expertise in procurement, sourcing, inventory management, order fulfillment, manufacturing, or supply planning.</li><li>Proven ability to engage confidently with senior-level supply chain and purchasing executives.</li><li>Strong understanding of industry-standard supply chain practices and operating models.</li><li>Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM as an enabling technology.</li><li>Demonstrated success leading business-focused workshops, process redesign initiatives, and user coaching.</li><li>Ability to translate complex supply chain concepts into practical, system-ready solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.</li><li>CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) Certification is a big plus</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
