Title – Supply Chain Management Lead
The client is looking for a supply chain thought partner—someone who understands the business deeply, speaks the language of supply chain leaders, and uses Oracle Fusion SCM to enable better outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior supply chain advisor to business leadership, including purchasing, sourcing, inventory, and operations executives.
- Lead strategic discussions around supply chain best practices, operating models, and process optimization.
- Provide guidance on industry best practices across procurement, inventory, order management, manufacturing, and planning.
- Translate business strategy, operational goals, and user feedback into Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM configurations.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring process intent is preserved in system design.
- Coach and mentor business users, helping them understand why processes are designed a certain way—not just how to use the system.
- Lead fit–gap analysis with a strong emphasis on process improvement, not just application capabilities.
- Support solution validation during SIT/UAT by engaging business leaders, gathering feedback, and refining configurations.
- Provide post-go-live advisory support focused on continuous process improvement and adoption.
- Travel occasionally for onsite executive workshops or key project milestones.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management roles, consulting, or leadership positions.
- Deep functional expertise in procurement, sourcing, inventory management, order fulfillment, manufacturing, or supply planning.
- Proven ability to engage confidently with senior-level supply chain and purchasing executives.
- Strong understanding of industry-standard supply chain practices and operating models.
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM as an enabling technology.
- Demonstrated success leading business-focused workshops, process redesign initiatives, and user coaching.
- Ability to translate complex supply chain concepts into practical, system-ready solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) Certification is a big plus
