Job Title: Techno-Sales Executive &ndash; Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) InstrumentsLocation: Hyderabad (with extensive travel)Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Techno-Sales Executive to promote and sell Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) instruments and solutions to infrastructure, construction, engineering, and asset-management clients. The role requires a blend of technical understanding and sales acumen to engage with consultants, EPC contractors, asset owners and government agencies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote and sell SHM instruments and monitoring solutions for structures such as bridges, buildings, tunnels, and industrial assets.</li><li>Engage with consultants, EPC contractors, asset owners, and government organizations to generate leads and close sales.</li><li>Prepare techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and support proof-of-concept (POC) deployments when required.</li><li>Track tenders, RFQs, and project opportunities; support bid submissions.</li><li>Regularly travel to project sites, client offices, and industry events as required.</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in instrumentation, sensors, monitoring systems, or industrial/engineering products.</li><li>Basic understanding of sensors, data acquisition systems, and monitoring solutions (SHM knowledge preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively across regions.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with performance-based incentives and travel allowances.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana
