Techno-Sales Executive

Job Title: Techno-Sales Executive – Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) Instruments

Location: Hyderabad (with extensive travel)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Techno-Sales Executive to promote and sell Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) instruments and solutions to infrastructure, construction, engineering, and asset-management clients. The role requires a blend of technical understanding and sales acumen to engage with consultants, EPC contractors, asset owners and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell SHM instruments and monitoring solutions for structures such as bridges, buildings, tunnels, and industrial assets.
• Engage with consultants, EPC contractors, asset owners, and government organizations to generate leads and close sales.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and support proof-of-concept (POC) deployments when required.
• Track tenders, RFQs, and project opportunities; support bid submissions.
• Regularly travel to project sites, client offices, and industry events as required.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in instrumentation, sensors, monitoring systems, or industrial/engineering products.
• Basic understanding of sensors, data acquisition systems, and monitoring solutions (SHM knowledge preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively across regions.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with performance-based incentives and travel allowances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
