This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children&rsquo;s lives while working within a vibrant educational community.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning.</li><li>Create a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, cooperation, and active participation among students.</li><li>Use innovative learning technology and teaching methods to enhance student understanding and engagement.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively through behavior management strategies and individualized support for children with special needs or autism.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support each child's unique developmental journey, including early intervention programs.</li><li>Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.</li><li>Mentor new teachers or teaching assistants, providing guidance on curriculum development, classroom management, and instructional best practices.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting, including classroom experience in private or Montessori schools.</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.</li><li>Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and library services.</li><li>Ability to incorporate learning technology into daily lessons to support diverse learning styles.</li><li>Skilled in behavior management strategies and working with children with autism or special education needs.</li><li>Experience with standardized testing procedures and tutoring to reinforce learning concepts.</li><li>Writing skills for documenting student progress and preparing reports for education administration.</li><li>Familiarity with teaching physical education, classroom management techniques, and early childhood education frameworks such as Montessori methods.
