This position offers a vibrant environment where your multitasking skills and positive attitude will shine, making every shift rewarding for both you and our valued customers.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit </li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS </li><li>Prepare and serve food items with proper food handling and sanitation standards </li><li>Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures </li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities </li><li>Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment </li><li>Assist in basic food preparation tasks in the kitchen or caf&eacute; area as needed </li><li>Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables promptly and professionally</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in food service, quick service, or fast-food restaurants is preferred but not required; we welcome eager learners! </li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus </li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques </li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally </li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy </li><li>Experience working in a caf&eacute;, grocery store, or retail environment is beneficial but not mandatory </li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude</li></ul>Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service!
