Sales Engineer

Position: QC EngineerLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEDepartment: Quality Control / ManufacturingIndustry: Electrical Panel Manufacturing (PLC, Switchgear)Reporting to: Quality Manager / Project ManagerKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct in-process and final inspections of PLC panels and LV switchgear assemblies as per IEC standards and project specifications.</li><li>Review and verify wiring, component installation, panel layout, labeling, and termination against approved drawings and BOMs.</li><li>Perform functional and continuity testing of control panels.</li><li>Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams to resolve quality issues.</li><li>Maintain and update QA/QC documentation including inspection checklists, NCRs, test reports, and calibration records.</li><li>Monitor compliance with ISO 9001, project QAPs, and customer requirements.</li><li>Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) in the presence of clients or third-party inspectors.</li><li>Ensure all products meet applicable safety and quality standards before dispatch.</li><li>Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li>Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality practices.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of QC experience in electrical panel manufacturing (PLC/SCADA panels, LV switchgear).</li><li>Familiar with international standards (IEC, UL, ISO).</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical schematics, SLDs, and wiring diagrams.</li><li>Knowledge of tools like multimeters, megger, high-pot tester, etc.</li><li>Detail-oriented with good documentation and communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with FAT procedures and client-side inspections</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:The QC HSE Engineer is responsible for ensuring that quality control processes and health, safety, and environmental standards are implemented and maintained at the project or facility site.
