The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting the resort&rsquo;s accommodation, event spaces, and recreational facilities. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the resort maintains a strong brand presence in the hospitality and events market.Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy, event bookings, and revenue targets.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, weddings, conferences, and group bookings.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, event planners, and tour operators.</li><li>Conduct sales presentations and site inspections for potential clients.</li><li>Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring maximum profitability and client satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.</li></ul>Marketing Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote resort packages, events, and special offers.</li><li>Manage social media platforms, website content, and online advertising to increase brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with creative teams or external agencies to produce promotional materials (brochures, flyers, videos, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate and market in-house events, exhibitions, and community engagements.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.</li><li>Ensure all branding and promotional efforts align with the resort&rsquo;s image and target audience.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality or events industry.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful marketing campaigns.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, SEO, analytics).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Creative thinker with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Customer-oriented mindset</li><li>Results-driven and self-motivated</li><li>Strong networking and relationship-building skills</li><li>Strategic planning and analytical ability</li><li>Team player with leadership potential</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary plus commission/incentives</li><li>Accommodation or travel allowance (if applicable)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
