The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting the resort’s accommodation, event spaces, and recreational facilities. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the resort maintains a strong brand presence in the hospitality and events market.
Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy, event bookings, and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, weddings, conferences, and group bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, event planners, and tour operators.
- Conduct sales presentations and site inspections for potential clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring maximum profitability and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote resort packages, events, and special offers.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and online advertising to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with creative teams or external agencies to produce promotional materials (brochures, flyers, videos, etc.).
- Coordinate and market in-house events, exhibitions, and community engagements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Ensure all branding and promotional efforts align with the resort’s image and target audience.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality or events industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, SEO, analytics).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
