Senior Legal Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Legal Consultant to provide expert legal guidance and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law, contract management, labor regulations, and industrial compliance.

Total Experience:- Min. 4+ yrs

Salary:- As Per Industry Std.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and MOUs.

· Advise on regulatory compliance related to manufacturing, labor laws, and environmental regulations.

· Assist in handling disputes, litigation, and risk mitigation strategies.

· Provide legal support for business transactions, audits, and due diligence.

· Liaise with external legal counsel when required.

· Trade Mark Registration.

Requirements:

· LLB/LLM with minimum 5-6 years of legal experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

· Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and environmental law.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
