Junior Corporate Lawyer

Job Description:

As a Junior Lawyer at Rhosigma Engineering and Automation, you will assist the legal department in drafting contracts, managing compliance, and supporting legal documentation across the company’s engineering and automation projects.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts and legal documents.

Supporting compliance processes and regulatory filings.

Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.

Coordinating with internal departments and external legal advisors.

Assisting in dispute resolution and documentation.

Additional Information:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).

0–2 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.

Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and compliance basics.

Good drafting, research, and communication skills.

Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic corporate environment.
