IPR and Compliance Manager

Purpose:
Protect Punyakar’s brand identity, digital content, temple partnerships, and unique services by managing intellectual property rights and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage copyright, trademark, and licensing issues related to content (temple images, videos, spiritual texts, astrology charts).
• Handle brand protection – registering trademarks, monitoring misuse of Punyakar’s name, logo, or services.
• Draft and review contracts with temples, priests, travel partners, and vendors to ensure IP rights are respected.
• Monitor infringement (e.g., unauthorized use of puja videos, copied content by competitors).
• Work with external counsel for dispute resolution when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with Indian IPR laws and international frameworks.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Law degree (LLB/LLM) with specialization in IPR.
• Knowledge of copyright, trademark, and licensing laws.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
