Overview:We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to directly support the President of a glazing construction and import/export company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and takes initiative without waiting for direction. This is a key position within the company, serving as a right hand to leadership and a central point of coordination across daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support (Primary Focus):&middot; Directly support the President in managing client accounts and daily priorities&middot; Assist with data entry related to customer orders within the Foundation system&middot; Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met&middot; Anticipate needs and proactively support day-to-day decision-making&middot; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systemsOffice Management &amp; Administrative Support:&middot; Serve as the front office point of contact (phones, mail, visitors, general customer service)&middot; Maintain organization of the office, files, and internal workflows&middot; Manage office supplies and general upkeep&middot; Handle errands and administrative tasks&middot; Support overall office efficiency and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothlyQualifications (Required):&middot; Experience with Foundation accounting system or similar ERP system&middot; Previous experience working in a construction or subcontracting environment&middot; Experience supporting an owner, executive, or leadership team&middot; Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail&middot; Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment&middot; Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole is strongly preferred.&middot; Strong communication skills and professionalismIdeal Candidate Traits:&middot; Self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction&middot; Anticipates needs and identifies gaps before they become problems&middot; Highly dependable, accountable, and solution-oriented&middot; Comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and focus&middot; Thrives in a dynamic, hands-on work environmentHow to Apply:Please email your resume and cover letter to tatiana@cms-miami.com and pm@cms-miami.com for consideration.Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
