We&rsquo;re passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality solar solutions &mdash; and we&rsquo;re looking for an organized, proactive Operations Administrator to join our team and help keep things running smoothly as we continue to grow.Position Overview: We&rsquo;re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations organized and efficient. This role supports both our office and warehouse functions &mdash; helping to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate projects, and streamline internal processes. If you&rsquo;re detail-oriented, communicative, and ready to be the go-to person for getting things done, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.</li><li>Handle general administrative tasks such as maintaining records, managing supplies, and scheduling meetings.</li><li>Support project management activities, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.</li><li>Facilitate communication between office, warehouse, and field teams.</li><li>Assist with vendor coordination, purchasing, and inventory tracking.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.</li><li>Support leadership with special projects and company initiatives.</li><li>Occasionally assist with warehouse administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in operations, administration, or project coordination (solar or construction experience a plus).</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>Proficient with common software tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools, etc.).</li><li>Ability to adapt and thrive in a growing small business environment.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li><li>Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing company</li><li>Potential for hybrid work-from-home flexibility</li><li>Supportive team environment and meaningful work in renewable energy</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Grand Prairie, TX 75050 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Grand Prairie, TX 75050
