 Role Summary:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Social Media Producers will play a pivotal role in enhancing the growth strategy across all social media networks and communities. They will be responsible for delivering multimedia news content that resonates with a broad Arabic-speaking audience, including key regional business and public affairs decision-makers.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Main Duties:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive digital readership by proposing innovative strategies to increase social media traffic to our website.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with journalists, video producers, editors, and infographic designers to create compelling stories across various social media networks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and mentor the newsroom in social media storytelling techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop guidelines for effective social media storytelling across platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Behance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor social media trends and discussions to generate story ideas and inform the newsroom of key updates from newsmakers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current with advancements in social media technologies and explore their potential applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold CNN&rsquo;s ethical and editorial standards, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance with legal and cultural norms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respect the social, cultural, and moral values of the UAE, and guide the team to maintain the brand&rsquo;s integrity and alignment with IMI&rsquo;s strategic direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 This role involves complex problem-solving, original research, and developing work methods aligned with high professional standards, with oversight from the supervisor.
 </li>

 Recognize the significant impact of your actions, recommendations, and decisions, and strive to mitigate any adverse effects on customers or relationships.

 Role Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in communication, design, economics, business administration, education, social sciences, or related fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 2 years of digital media or related experience in reputable media or communication organizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in engaging with all major social media networks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in using publishing tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interest in emerging technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent editorial skills in both Arabic and English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of the energy, commodities, and financial sectors, including their Arabic terminology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of regional economics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of multimedia and infographic production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure, with flexible hours including early mornings and late evenings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capacity to multitask and collaborate with large teams across multiple locations.
 </li>
