Right now, our client relationships are managed directly by the founders. We need someone to own that function properly.What You Will OwnYou are the person clients call after the deal is signed. You keep them happy, spot problems before they escalate, and find ways to grow the relationship over time.<ul><li>Your own portfolio of client accounts, from onboarding to renewal</li><li>Day-to-day communication and relationship management</li><li>Account health tracking &mdash; response times, order frequency, satisfaction signals</li><li>Identifying and acting on opportunities to grow each account</li><li>Coordinating with production, logistics, and R&amp;D to resolve client issues</li><li>Owning all records in دفترة &mdash; interactions, milestones, next steps</li><li>Building the account management playbook from scratch as you go</li></ul>What Makes You Succeed Here<ul><li>You follow through. There is no manual for everything &mdash; you write it.</li></ul>Requirements: What You Bring<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years in account management, client success, or client-facing commercial roles</li><li>Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English &mdash; written and spoken</li><li>High discipline in documentation and follow-through</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food &amp; beverage, or B2B services is a must.</li><li>Familiarity with دفترة, Zoho, or similar CRM/ERP platforms&mdash; preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;35,000.00 - E&pound;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
