About Co-Craft

Co-Craft removes every barrier between a great idea and a real product. We are a food manufacturing and co-packing company that takes brands from concept to shelf — fast, certified, and without the cost or complexity of building your own factory.

We handle R&D, manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and quality certification — so our clients can focus on building their brand. Right now, our client relationships are managed directly by the founders. We need someone to own that function properly.

What You Will Own

You are the person clients call after the deal is signed. You keep them happy, spot problems before they escalate, and find ways to grow the relationship over time.

  • Your own portfolio of client accounts, from onboarding to renewal
  • Day-to-day communication and relationship management
  • Account health tracking — response times, order frequency, satisfaction signals
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to grow each account
  • Coordinating with production, logistics, and R&D to resolve client issues
  • Owning all records in دفترة — interactions, milestones, next steps
  • Building the account management playbook from scratch as you go

Requirements: What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in account management, client success, or client-facing commercial roles
  • Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Fluent in Arabic and English — written and spoken
  • High discipline in documentation and follow-through
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage, or B2B services is a must.
  • Familiarity with دفترة, Zoho, or similar CRM/ERP platforms— preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£35,000.00 - E£60,000.00 per month
