We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Planning and Optimizer modules. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced supply planning and supply network optimization processes using SAP IBP, ensuring alignment with business requirements and seamless integration with S/4HANA and other SAP systems.This role is open across all ITCI locations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead SAP IBP Supply Planning and Optimizer implementations and support engagements.</li><li>Design, configure, and optimize IBP planning models, including:</li><li>Supply Planning</li><li>Inventory Planning</li><li>Supply Network Optimization (Optimizer)</li><li>Configure and manage Planning Areas, Key Figures, Planning Operators, Alerts, and Time Profiles.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, planning parameters, and supply planning strategies.</li><li>Integrate SAP IBP with S/4HANA, ECC, APO, and external systems to ensure seamless data flow.</li><li>Configure and fine-tune Optimizer heuristics and mathematical optimization models.</li><li>Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support for IBP solutions.</li><li>Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation, including blueprints and configuration guides.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams such as SD, MM, PP, FICO, and Logistics.</li><li>Monitor planning runs, optimizer performance, alerts, and exception handling.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP &ndash; Supply Planning and Optimizer.</li><li>Strong expertise in Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Planning Areas, Key Figures, and Planning Operators.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP IBP Optimizer configuration and heuristics.</li><li>Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.</li><li>Experience with S/4HANA integration.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li></ul>Good to Have:<ul><li>Experience with S&amp;OP and Demand Planning in SAP IBP.</li><li>Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration.</li><li>Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.</li><li>Prior experience on BMI or similar large enterprise accounts.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹3,500,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person

SAP IBP Consultant – Supply Planning & Optimizer

We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA development projects. The consultant will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting ABAP solutions across reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW) while ensuring performance, quality, and compliance with SAP best practices.This role is open across all ITCI locations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW)</li><li>Work on ABAP on HANA developments including CDS Views, AMDP, Open SQL optimization, and performance tuning</li><li>Support S/4HANA implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects</li><li>Perform custom code remediation and optimization during ECC to S/4HANA conversion</li><li>Collaborate with functional consultants (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP) to translate business requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Prepare technical specifications, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to SAP coding standards</li><li>Execute unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities</li><li>Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions</li><li>Maintain technical documentation and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, preferably in S/4HANA environments</li><li>Strong expertise in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, Open SQL, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits</li><li>Proven experience in RICEFW object development</li><li>Understanding of S/4HANA system architecture and migration considerations</li><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 backend integration</li><li>Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration or upgrade projects</li><li>Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies</li><li>Prior experience working on RCP or similar enterprise accounts</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
