SAP IBP Consultant – Supply Planning & Optimizer

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Planning and Optimizer modules. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced supply planning and supply network optimization processes using SAP IBP, ensuring alignment with business requirements and seamless integration with S/4HANA and other SAP systems.

This role is open across all ITCI locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP IBP Supply Planning and Optimizer implementations and support engagements.
• Design, configure, and optimize IBP planning models, including:
• Supply Planning
• Inventory Planning
• Supply Network Optimization (Optimizer)
• Configure and manage Planning Areas, Key Figures, Planning Operators, Alerts, and Time Profiles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, planning parameters, and supply planning strategies.
• Integrate SAP IBP with S/4HANA, ECC, APO, and external systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Configure and fine-tune Optimizer heuristics and mathematical optimization models.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support for IBP solutions.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation, including blueprints and configuration guides.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as SD, MM, PP, FICO, and Logistics.
• Monitor planning runs, optimizer performance, alerts, and exception handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP – Supply Planning and Optimizer.
• Strong expertise in Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Planning Areas, Key Figures, and Planning Operators.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP Optimizer configuration and heuristics.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
• Experience with S/4HANA integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with S&OP and Demand Planning in SAP IBP.
• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration.
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
• Prior experience on BMI or similar large enterprise accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 per year
