Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Dispatcher to join our team.Duties<ul><li>Mange the scheduling and coordination of service calls, and installs.</li><li>Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers to provide updates on technician arrival times and job progress.</li><li>Develop efficient routes for technicians to maximize productivity and time management</li><li>Create and update work orders, track job progress, and ensure accurate documentation of service details for proper billing</li><li>Manage customer database to include service agreements and scheduling maintenance</li><li>Recording and tracking all vehicle maintenance</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as an HVAC Dispatcher or similar role</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and team members.</li><li>Ability to analyze problems quickly and provide effective solutions.</li><li>Proficient in using dispatching software or tools to manage service calls efficiently.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
