Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Dispatcher to join our team.

Duties

• Mange the scheduling and coordination of service calls, and installs.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers to provide updates on technician arrival times and job progress.
• Develop efficient routes for technicians to maximize productivity and time management
• Create and update work orders, track job progress, and ensure accurate documentation of service details for proper billing
• Manage customer database to include service agreements and scheduling maintenance
• Recording and tracking all vehicle maintenance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Dispatcher or similar role
• Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Ability to analyze problems quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Proficient in using dispatching software or tools to manage service calls efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
