Company provided stocked refrigerator with snacks, beverages, and meals to start your day.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a professional service technician you will call on both residential and commercial clients to perform repairs, replacements and add-on equipment for both heating and air conditioning systems. The technician will use their customer service skills to provide exceptional service to all clients.<ul><li>Arrive on time</li><li>Mechanically inclined</li><li>Trouble shooting and problem solver</li><li>Quickly diagnose furnace and air conditioning issues</li><li>Regularly clean, adjust, repair and improve every system</li><li>Organized and maintains a groomed appearance</li><li>Maintains cleanliness and maintenance reports on Company vehicle</li><li>Communicate with dispatch and customers</li><li>Follow instructions from dispatch and supervisor</li><li>Complete necessary training</li><li>Inform and educate customers on additional products and services</li><li>Report to Service Manager daily</li><li>Complete necessary paperwork, reports, and forms for every customer</li><li>Possess personal tools</li><li>Train and teach apprentices</li><li>Trusted to work alone and in a team</li><li>Climb and work on ladders</li><li>Lift 75 lbs</li><li>Work on feet for multiple hours</li><li>Ability to work in uncomfortable and difficult positions</li></ul>Desired Qualifications<ul><li>High School Diploma/GED</li><li>Valid Drivers License</li><li>EPA Certified</li><li>NATE Courses and Certifications</li><li>OSHA Certified</li></ul>Provided by Employer<ul><li>Stocked company vehicle and fuel card</li><li>Tool replacement program</li><li>Company uniform</li><li>Phone and iPad</li><li>Online and classroom training</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Tools provided</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
