Duties and Responsibilities

As a professional service technician you will call on both residential and commercial clients to perform repairs, replacements and add-on equipment for both heating and air conditioning systems. The technician will use their customer service skills to provide exceptional service to all clients.

• Arrive on time
• Mechanically inclined
• Trouble shooting and problem solver
• Quickly diagnose furnace and air conditioning issues
• Regularly clean, adjust, repair and improve every system
• Organized and maintains a groomed appearance
• Maintains cleanliness and maintenance reports on Company vehicle
• Communicate with dispatch and customers
• Follow instructions from dispatch and supervisor
• Complete necessary training
• Inform and educate customers on additional products and services
• Report to Service Manager daily
• Complete necessary paperwork, reports, and forms for every customer
• Possess personal tools
• Train and teach apprentices
• Trusted to work alone and in a team
• Climb and work on ladders
• Lift 75 lbs
• Work on feet for multiple hours
• Ability to work in uncomfortable and difficult positions

Desired Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Drivers License
• EPA Certified
• NATE Courses and Certifications
• OSHA Certified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
