This hybrid role combines marketing, social media, website management, and business operations, and is ideal for someone who loves both creativity and structure - a person who can tell the story of our projects while keeping our systems running smoothly.You&rsquo;ll work directly with the company owner and leadership team to drive brand visibility, manage digital content, and business development growth as Coastal continues to expand.Marketing &amp; Brand Development<ul><li>Grow and manage Coastal&rsquo;s social media presence (Instagram)</li><li>Curate authentic, engaging content - jobsite progress, before &amp; afters, short videos, etc.</li><li>Maintain and improve the company website (Squarespace experience preferred)</li><li>Manage Google Ads, SEO, and online listings (Google Business, Houzz, etc.)</li><li>Write blog posts and other digital content to strengthen brand voice</li><li>Manage/order company swag</li><li>Help refine Coastal&rsquo;s visual identity and ensure brand consistency</li></ul>Business Development Support<ul><li>Collaborate with ownership on business development initiatives and follow-ups</li><li>Reach out to architects, designers, and potential partners</li><li>Identify opportunities for collaborations and lead generation</li></ul>Executive, Operations &amp; HR Support<ul><li>Assist management with scheduling, organization, and internal communication</li><li>Help with onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruiting efforts</li><li>Coordinate company events, meetings, and team communication</li><li>Help streamline internal systems and project workflows</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or operations</li><li>Strong creative eye for design, photography, and branding</li><li>Proficiency with Squarespace, Google Suite, Google Ads, and social media tools</li><li>Excellent writing and communication skills</li><li>Organized, proactive, and resourceful - someone who gets things done</li><li>Interest in design and construction</li></ul>More Info<ul><li>Creative, flexible work environment</li><li>We&rsquo;re flexible on the hiring timeline and more focused on finding the right fit.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a respected and expanding company</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Whose design or visual style inspires you - brands, people, or even creative fields outside construction?</li><li>What brands or creators do you think have great style?</li><li>Who are a few of your favorite Instagram or social media follows - people, brands, restaurants, etc.?</li><li>If you were running Coastal&rsquo;s Instagram for a week, describe one post you&rsquo;d share and write the caption you&rsquo;d use.
