Coastal Construction is a Seattle-based residential and commercial remodeling company recognized for quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and strong project execution. Over the past 9 years, we’ve built a strong reputation for our high standards, reliability, and client-first approach, leading to steady growth and repeat business.

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines marketing, social media, website management, and business operations, and is ideal for someone who loves both creativity and structure - a person who can tell the story of our projects while keeping our systems running smoothly.

You’ll work directly with the company owner and leadership team to drive brand visibility, manage digital content, and business development growth as Coastal continues to expand.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Grow and manage Coastal’s social media presence (Instagram)
  • Curate authentic, engaging content - jobsite progress, before & afters, short videos, etc.
  • Maintain and improve the company website (Squarespace experience preferred)
  • Manage Google Ads, SEO, and online listings (Google Business, Houzz, etc.)
  • Write blog posts and other digital content to strengthen brand voice
  • Manage/order company swag
  • Help refine Coastal’s visual identity and ensure brand consistency

Business Development Support

  • Collaborate with ownership on business development initiatives and follow-ups
  • Reach out to architects, designers, and potential partners
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations and lead generation

Executive, Operations & HR Support

  • Assist management with scheduling, organization, and internal communication
  • Help with onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruiting efforts
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and team communication
  • Help streamline internal systems and project workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or operations
  • Strong creative eye for design, photography, and branding
  • Proficiency with Squarespace, Google Suite, Google Ads, and social media tools
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and resourceful - someone who gets things done
  • Interest in design and construction

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
